
This past week I've been working on Endurance (getting up to top speeds and putting in at least 80miles a day....at least.)


I've also been going 'back to the basics' with cornering and agility practices. With the help of Coach Bunyan I've been getting lots of explosive power and really been working on my sprints and starts, take a look for yourselves.
